The unit includes outdoor terrace space, a private keyed elevator and an independent service entrance. The building’s amenities feature a 71-foot indoor swimming pool, kids’ playroom, fitness center and Turkish bath.

The Saltz family owns Anderson Acres Farm in Kent, Connecticut. The family bought the 200-acre estate in 2011. The farm has since developed a flower production operation and also includes a private homestead including vegetable gardens, bee hives and fruit trees. Michelle Saltz didn’t immediately respond to request for comment.
