Mark your calendars: These are NYC’s top real estate events next week

Here is another group of upcoming real estate events!

On May 1, Commercial Observer is hosting its 3rd Annual Retail Forum at The Underground, 1221 Avenue of the Americas from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Come and hear discussions concerning the state of the retail space in 2019. Michael O’Neill of Cushman & Wakefield and Richard Chera of Crown Acquisitions will be among the speakers at the event.

Also on May 1, High NY and Greenspoon Marder are hosting an event on Cannabis Investment: Real Estate, Opportunity Zones, REITs, & NY NJ at Greenspoon Marder’s home building, 590 Madison Avenue from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. This event will provide chances to network, along with discussions about the various areas where the cannabis and real estate industries intersect. Speakers include James B. Mann of Greenspoon Marder LLP and Ronit Dvir-Bacalu of Kalyx Development.

On May 3, Mazars and GreenPearl will host the 6th Annual Real Estate Equity Forum East at the New York Academy of Sciences, 250 Greenwich Street from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. This event will feature discussions on the current state of the market, examining specific facets of the industry. Dean Adler, CEO of Lubert-Adler Partners, will be the keynote speaker at the event.
