Debrah Lee Charatan, wife of the notorious Robert Durst, has sold an Upper East Side co-op she owned with Steve Holm for slightly less than $4.5 million, according to property records.

The co-op is a two-bedroom unit in 860 Fifth Avenue on the Upper East Side, where buyers are only permitted to finance 50 percent of the sale.

Charatan and Holm, a real estate lawyer who has worked for Durst in the past, did not respond to requests for comment.

Charatan has owned the co-op since at least 2003 and listed it back in 2013 for $4.5 million.

Durst is currently awaiting trial for the murder of his friend Susan Berman 19 years ago and has long been suspected of killing his first wife Kathie Durst as well. A lawsuit from 2017 accused Charatan of helping to conceal Kathie’s body.

Charatan is the co-owner of BCB Property Management, and she and her son Bennat Charatan Berger own multifamily buildings across the city. Charatan filed a lawsuit in 2017 accusing multiple tenants of defamation for setting up websites that call her and her son “abusive landlords.”

Charatan has managed Durst’s finances, and she is the chief beneficiary of his will and estate, which is worth an estimated $100 million.
