It looks like there’s a new record for the priciest home sale in Carroll Gardens

From Trump World Tower to Carroll Gardens, these are some of the recent residential sales in New York City.

1.) An LLC that lists oil and gas industry attorney Askar Mukhitdinov as its member bought a 40th-floor unit at 845 United Nations Plaza, also known as Trump World Tower, for $6 million. The home once was used to film an episode of “Law & Order” and was asking $6.15 million when it first hit the market in May, according to StreetEasy. The sellers were Vikram Malik and Sabrina Taneja. They bought the apartment in 2005 for about $3.6 million. Measuring about 2,900 square feet, the unit has three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. Mukhitdinov is upgrading from his ninth-floor unit at the property, acquired in 2012 for $1.95 million. Douglas Elliman’s Jessica Cohen, Jennifer Vandekieft and Elia Clemente had the listing. Debra Stotts of Compass represented the buyer.

2.) The buyer of what may be the priciest sale in Carroll Gardens is magician and mentalist Oz Pearlman and his wife Elisa Rosen. The pair bought a 2,321-square-foot corner penthouse at Avery Hall Investments and Aria Development Group’s 145 President Street, located a few blocks from the Brooklyn waterfront, for $4.1 million. The price edges out a $4 million sale at 348 Sackett Street last year. The sponsor unit had been asking $4.5 million. Nest Seekers International’s Ryan Serhant had the listing.

3.) Yet another anonymous buyer snapped up a three-bedroom condo at Vornado Realty Trust’s 220 Central Park South for a little over $24 million. “42B LLC” bought, unsurprisingly, unit 42B, which spans 3,043 square feet. The deal pencils out to about $7,887 per square foot. Musician Sting recently closed on a $65.7 million penthouse at the ultra-luxury building.
