There are two new real estate events coming up next week!

The Commercial Observer is holding its 3rd Annual Downtown Forum at 225 Liberty Street from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Come to this event to network and to discuss the driving forces behind Lower Manhattan’s growth as a submarket. Speakers include Ric Clark of Brookfield Property Partners and David Falk of Newmark Knight Frank.

Date: September 24
Time: 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Bisnow is hosting its National Real Estate Finance Summit at 230 Park Avenue from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. This event will offer networking opportunities along with discussions on capital markets, lending and investing. Michael Rudin of Rudin Management and Michael Gigliotti of JLL will be among the speakers.

Date: September 27
Time: 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Columbia University is hosting its Real Estate Development Conference for 2019 at The Pierre, A Taj Hotel on Fifth Avenue from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Attend this forum to discuss the real estate development activities of private equity and learn strategies commonly used in the space. Speakers include Marc Holliday of SL Green Realty and Jeff Blau of The Related Companies.
