Another day, another Brooklyn project for Rabsky Group.

Just one day after pre-filing plans for a 65-unit mixed-use project at 58 Union Avenue in Williamsburg spanning about 73,000 square feet, the firm did the same for a 50-unit mixed-use project at 269 Wallabout Street in Williamsburg, according to city records.

The Wallabout Street project will stand eight stories and 90 feet tall, and include residential, commercial and community space totaling about 159,000 square feet.

The sites are on different sides of a trapezoidal block, catty-corner from De Hostos Playground and near G, J, and M subway stops. Rabsky Group purchased them together in 2012 from Pfizer for $12.75 million, according to property records. It was not immediately clear whether Rabsky Group plans to develop the projects together or separately.

Representatives for the firm did not respond to a request for comment.

The two sites are near the company’s massive 1,146-unit Broadway Triangle project at 200 Harrison Avenue.

Other Rabsky Group projects in Brooklyn include 10 Montieth Street in Bushwick and 313-331 Bond Street in Gowanus.
