The Commercial Observer is hosting its 4th Annual Fall Financing Commercial Real Estate Forum at The Metropolitan Club, 1 East 60th Street. It will feature networking opportunities along with discussions on emerging markets across the country and trends in construction lending. Darrell Wheeler of CCRE will be the keynote speaker.

Bisnow is hosting its New York Healthcare & Life Sciences Summit at The Park Sixty, 110 East 60th Street. Attend to network and hear discussions on changes coming to the development process of healthcare facilities. Speakers include Philip Silverman of Blue Sky Real Estate Development & Services and Steve Bolen of LaSalle Investment Management.
