Co-heads of Newmark’s debt team host holiday bash

Dustin Stolly and Jordan Roeschlaub throw holiday party in the Meatpacking District

The heads of Newmark Knight Frank’s debt team kicked off the holiday season early with a party in the Meatpacking District last week.

Dustin Stolly and Jordan Roeschlaub hosted the bash at the newly reopened Pastis Thursday night, joined by some 400 guests.

“Pastis is probably the hottest restaurant in the city right now,” said Stolly. “We’ve had a great year and we wanted to bring everyone together to celebrate.”

Newmark heavyweights Barry Gosin and Jimmy Kuhn were in attendance, as were numerous figures from the lending and borrowing side of the business.

The leaders of Newmark’s new investment-sales team – Brett Siegel, Evan Layne and Jean Celstin – were also there making the rounds.

Others who turned out included Mike Fascitelli of Imperial Companies, John Dracos of Investcorp, Leslie Himmel of Himmel + Meringoff Properties, Martin Nusbaum and David Schwartz of Slate Property Group, Laurie Golub of Square Mile Capital, Gavin Evans of Normandy Real Estate Partners, Hal Fetner of Fetner Properties, David Schonbraun of SL Green Realty, Jay Neveloff of Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel, Alan Rudikoff of GDS Development, Andrew Chung of Innovo Group, Mark Weiss of RFR, Sush Torgalkar of Extell Development, Kevin Chisolm of 60 Guilders, Chris Schlank of Savanna, Kevin Hoo of Cove Property Group, Joe Dyckman of Citi and Miriam Wheeler of Goldman Sachs.
