  1. TV Journalist Linda Ellerbee, known for her work on shows including NBC News Overnight and Nick News with Linda Ellerbee, parted with a three-story townhouse at 17 St. Luke’s Place in the West Village for $7.1 million. She had put the 19th-century home on the market in 2017 for $10.75 million. Ellerbee bought the townhouse — one of 15 Italianate-style homes built on land owned by Trinity Church — in 1979. Douglas Elliman’s Ann Azzara represented Ellerbee, and Julie Pinkwater represented the buyer, Saint Luke Real Estate LLC.
  2. A 14th-floor co-op at 800 Park Avenue in Lenox Hill that belonged to the late Robert A. Bernhard, the last partner of Lehman Brothers who was a direct descendant of the family that founded the firm, sold for $8.7 million. The full-floor unit spans 4,000 square feet and comes with a private elevator landing and a maid’s room. Brown Harris Stevens’ Abigail Lash had the listing, which hit the market in October at about $9.5 million.
  3. Grammy-winning opera singer Renee Fleming parted with her 3,000-square-foot co-op at 200 West 86th Street for $5.4 million. She listed the four-bedroom, Upper West Side home in July for about $6.9 million. Fleming’s home was a combination of two units she picked up in 2007 for about $4.3 million. Douglas Elliman’s Ann Cutbill Lenane had the listing.
