Donald Trump Jr. and Kimberly Guilfoyle have sold their home in Bridgehampton for $8.1 million in an off-market deal. The couple paid $4.4 million for the home in 2019.

The 9,200-square-foot property is located at 23 Kellis Way, according to the New York Post, which reported the sale.

They are now looking to buy a $6.5 million home in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, in a private golf community, the Palm Beach Post reported last month. The couple had been in contract to buy a mansion in nearby Jupiter, on the market for $11 million. That deal fell apart after residents of the high-end community voiced concerns. The Palm Beach Gardens property is 15 miles from Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, where former President Donald Trump now lives. Palm Beach residents have also opposed the former president’s plans to live at his private club.
