If Donald Trump is seeking to find more privacy than he gets at Mar-a-Lago these days, a familiar property might appeal to the former president.

A mansion at 21 Vista Drive in Greenwich, Connecticut, is hitting the market at $29.9 million, the Wall Street Journal reported. The asking price bears little resemblance to the $54 million the owners were hoping to get in 2014.

The six-acre waterfront estate includes a 20,000-square-foot Georgian mansion with panoramic views of the Long Island Sound. The home includes an indoor lap pool and a movie theater. There are eight bedrooms, staff quarters and two apartments for guests or storing classified documents.

The grounds also include a tennis court and putting green, both added by the sellers, financier Robert Steinberg and wife Suzanne. The couple also repaired the estate’s sea wall and outdoor pool.

Rob Johnson of Brown Harris Stevens has the listing. The property comprises two lots, so a buyer could redevelop it for another waterfront home.

The Steinbergs paid $15 million for the estate in 1998. Since 2009, however, they have been trying to sell it. They initially listed it for $50 million, then bumped the price up to $54 million in 2014 before dropping it to $32 million in a nod to reality. But even that proved aspirational.

The estate is notable for its former residents. Donald and Ivana Trump bought it in 1982 for $4 million. The home was even part of a nuptial agreement signed by Ivana at the president’s insistence on Christmas Eve in 1987, according to Vanity Fair.

After her 1992 divorce from the real estate mogul, Ivana held on to the home for six years before selling to the Steinbergs. The former model, skier and developer died in her Upper East Side apartment last month. She was 73.
