Joe Lovinger

Joe Lovinger is a reporter at The Real Deal based in Austin. Before moving to Texas, he covered new development for TRD in New York. In 2022, he received NAREE awards for Best Young Journalist and Best Commercial Real Estate Story for his reporting on the Reuben Brothers' power plays in New York. Prior to working at TRD, Joe graduated from Vanderbilt University and earned a master's degree in journalism from Columbia University.
