Corrections and Clarifications: February 2012

Correction: In a February Web story, The Real Deal incorrectly stated that Halstead Property Development Marketing was the exclusive marketing agent for 2280 FDB at 2280 Frederick Douglass Boulevard. The property is actually being marketed by MNS.

Correction: In a February Web story, The Real Deal incorrectly stated that Dan Tubb is with Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group. He has since moved to head up sales at One57 for Extell Development’s in-house marketing team.

Correction: A story in the February magazine entitled “New faces for ‘Selling New York’” incorrectly stated that Citi Habitats broker Lucie Holt was paid for appearing on the show “Selling New York.”  In fact, she was not paid for her appearance.

Correction: In a February Web story, The Real Deal misidentified the Alrose Group entity that filed for bankruptcy. It was the company that owns the land under the Allegria Hotel, not the company that owns the hotel.

Correction: In a February Web Story, The Real Deal incorrectly stated that the Scenic Hudson Land Trust had purchased an FDR National Historic Site for $2 million. In fact, it purchased a parcel of land opposite the FDR National Historic Site.

Correction: In a February Web Story, The Real Deal incorrectly identified Dolly Lenz as CEO of Prudential Douglas Elliman. Her correct title is vice chairman.

Correction: In a February Web story, Robert Cayre and Raymond Chalme were identified by a representative of a buyers’ group that they were lead members of a non-profit organization that was in contract to buy a commercial condo. However, they were not involved in the purchase.

Correction: In a February Web story, The Real Deal incorrectly said Newmark Knight Frank said it expected $45 million to $55 million in earnings in the first quarter. In fact, it was $45 million to $55 million in revenue, that is expected.

Correction: A story in the February magazine entitled “The REBNY churn: Who’s joined (or dropped out)?,” incorrectly stated that Walker & Dunlop opened its New York City office in 2011. The office was actually opened in 2009.
