Atlantic Yards chief resigns

Jim Stuckey, the president of the Atlantic Yards Development group for Forest City Ratner for the past three years, has resigned. Stuckey will be replaced by MaryAnne Gilmartin, an executive vice president and director of commercial and residential development for Forest City.
