Felix Sater may not be a household name in the real estate industry, but he has recently partnered with Donald Trump on new ventures like the Trump Soho hotel condominium. Accused of laundering money and defrauding investors at age 32, Sater has revamped his image through his work for the Bayrock Group in New York, flying across the country to promote potential projects with developers; he has even changed his name to Satter. He is also involved in the Trump International Hotel and Tower in Fort Lauderdale.
