Former Capote home listed for $14.6M

The Hamptons home formerly owned by author Truman Capote has been put
on the market with an asking price of $14.6 million. The
2,000-square-foot saltbox house sits on four acres of oceanfront
property in the Southampton hamlet of Sagaponack. The property also
includes a 1,900-square-foot studio and a two-bedroom guest house. The
seller is painter Ross Bleckner, who purchased it in 1993 for $800,000.
