Cage’s $9.75M apartment has two offers

There are reportedly two offers on Nicolas Cage’s apartment at 641 Fifth Avenue, which is listed for $9.75 million. The three-bedroom home is made up of two adjacent condos on the building’s 48th floor. The two units total 3,550 square feet. LM Pagano, who also decorated Cage’s boat, designed the interior of the apartment. Cordelia Robb of Brown Harris Stevens has the listing. Cage, who owns a castle in England, a private island in the Bahamas and several other homes, is also trying to sell his 24,000-square-foot mansion in Rhode Island.
