Trump cut from new “Wall Street” movie

Donald Trump’s cameo scene was cut from “Wall
Street: Money Never Sleeps,” which premieres tomorrow at the Ziegfeld,
according to the New York Post. The scene, which was filmed last November at
Tommy Guns Salon On Ludlow Street, shows Gordon Gekko (M)
and Trump in adjoining barber chairs. Trump suggests Gekko get his hair done a
la Trump and Gekko replies, “No thanks, Donald, I’m a gel man.”
Director Oliver Stone said he cut the scene because the appearance of The
Donald at that stage of the film was “distracting,” though the footage will appear
on the DVD version. Others, including Donald Marron of Lightyear Capital and Lord
William Astor also had their scenes cut out, though several prominent people, including Warren Buffett, will be featured. [Post]
