The Outdoor Plaza, which will be constructed between 80th and 84th streets, with funding from industrialist David Koch, will become even more of a tourist mecca, Upper East Side residents said. The Plaza will be designed by OLIN, a promising choice, according to an architecture review for the The Real Deal.

“I don’t think it’s appropriate,” Peggy Price, a member of local Community Board 8, told DNAinfo. “This is a neighborhood, not a place to hang out.” [DNAinfo]
