Flatiron’s Story House condos half sold

Boutique condominium the Story House, developed by Manhattan Skyline at 36 East 22nd Street, is now 50 percent sold, according to a statement from the developer yesterday.

The eight-unit building, between Park Avenue South and Broadway, offers full-floor loft-style homes with elevator access directly into each unit. The building offers two- and three-bedroom configurations with nine- to thirteen-foot ceilings and floors made from Danish black oak, according to the statement.

The building is also is serviced by Cyberdoorman and Sky’s the Limit concierge service, which claims that “If you can dream it, we can make it happen.”

The asking prices on the four units that have sold ranged from $3.15 million to $3.45 million, according to a spokesperson for the developer. All of the apartments in the building have the same floor plate, which measures about 2,156 square feet. — Guelda Voien
