The most expensive single-family home to hit the Manhattan market this week is an Upper East Side townhouse that has an asking price of $20 million, according to Streeteasy.com. As The Real Deal reported this week, this townhouse, located at 7 East 69th Street, once belonged to Edward Baron Cohen — one of the founders of Cohen Brothers Realty. Guthrie Garvin of Massey Knakal has the listing for the six-story, 7,600-square-foot home, which also has six bedrooms, six bathrooms, three half bathrooms, as well as roof decks.
The second priciest listing this week is a condominium unit at the Abingdon, located at 320 West 12th Street in the West Village. The unit hit the market today, Streeteasy.com shows. Tim Crowley at Flank Brokerage has the listing with an asking price of $10.75 million. The 3,537-square-foot home has three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
Crowley also has the third most expensive listing this week, which is for another condo unit at the Abingdon. The listing price for this 3,263-square-foot unit is $10.5 million. The home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The cheapest listing to come online this week is a studio co-op unit at 19 West 105th Street with an asking price of $145,000. William Clark at Weichert Mazzeo has the listing for the home, which is located off Central Park West.
The second least expensive listing this week is a one-bedroom co-op with an asking price of $229,000. Brian Shadood at Stein-Perry has the listing for the home, which is located at 100 Overlook Terrace in Fort George. The 525-square-foot unit has one bathroom and is fully renovated, the listing says.
Sherrie Morgan and Steven Corcoran of Steven Corcoran Real Estate have the third cheapest listing for a studio co-op with an asking price of $239,000. Located at 25 Tudor City Place in Murray Hill, the home has a Murphy bed alcove, according to the listing, and the building has a roof terrace. — Zachary Kussin
