In LIC, Industry condo sells out

The 75-unit Industry LIC condominium in the Court Square neighborhood of Long Island City has sold out, the property’s developers announced today in a press release. Located at 21-45 44th Drive between 21st and 23rd Streets, the building was developed by brothers Alan Suna and Stuart Match Suna, the owners of Silvercup Studios.

As The Real Deal previously reported, Modern Spaces replaced Prudential Douglas Elliman as the marketing agent last year. At the time of the switch, the release says, 87 percent of the units remained, which included the building’s penthouse apartments.

Streeteasy.com shows one active listing for this building: a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit with an asking price of $855,750. A two-bedroom, two-bathroom, 1,025-square-foot unit sold for $770,000 in late September — down from the $829,500 asking price. The building has a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units.

The building was designed by Greenberg Farrow and includes a rooftop terrace and a common backyard, among other amenities. Units have oak plank floors and laundry machines. — Zachary Kussin
