The Dillon in Hell’s Kitchen sells out

The Dillon condominium in Hell’s Kitchen is now fully sold out, according to an announcement today from Brown Harris Stevens, the building’s marketing agents. The seven-story, 83-unit building at 425 West 53rd Street was developed by SDS Procida Development Group and designed by Smith-Miller and Hawkinson Architects.

In April 2012, Brown Harris Stevens took over marketing from the Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group. At the time, 28 units were still available.
