4545 Center Blvd. in Long Island City starts leasing

TF Cornerstone’s 41-story, 820-unit rental property at 4545 Center Boulevard in Long Island City is now leasing homes, according to a release from the developer.

The property, which is the largest in TF Cornerstone’s portfolio, contains a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Prices start at $2,300 per month.

Homes come equipped with hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances in the kitchens and closet space, the release said.

There are also 50,000 square feet of outdoor amenities, including a sand beach volleyball pitch, two tennis courts and a dog run.

The developer and the site safety manager received a Department of Buildings violation for a January crane collapse at 4610 Center Boulevard, as previously reported. The crane was hoisting a 24,000-pound load, which was twice its maximum hold. —Zachary Kussin
