Commune Hotels & Resorts will launch its Tommie hotel brand with two New York City locations, the Wall Street Journal reported. One hotel — a 329-room property — will be in Soho, while a 250-room one will be located north of Madison Park.

The two hotels are expected to open by 2015. The addresses were not immediately available. Their rooms will measure roughly 150 square feet.

The Tommie brand will cater more to young travelers with amenities such as reading rooms and casual lobbies. Nightly rates are slated to come in around the mid $200s. Tommie will also debut in other major U.S. markets, as well as abroad, the company told the Journal.
