New details have emerged about the full-floor residential lofts soon to be gracing 37 Great Jones Street in NoHo.

Joseph Pell Lombardi has redesigned the five-story landmarked building to accommodate a sixth floor. The units will have 11-foot-high ceilings, in-unit washer/dryers, bathrooms fitted with steam showers, Caesar Stone countertop kitchens and 22-bottle wine coolers, according to the building website, cited by BuzzBuzzHome. Lofts on the second to fourth floors will be two-bedroom, 2,165-square-foot units.

The 3,602-square-foot duplex penthouse will have three bedrooms, ceilings up to 16 feet, a powder room and two terraces, BuzzBuzzHome said.

In April 2012, the 10,446-square-foot factory and garage building was sold for $7.5 million, as The Real Deal reported. Great Jones Street Property LLC paid around $633 per buildable square foot for the site. [BuzzBuzzHome]Mark Maurer
