The six-story, 10-unit East Village condo project in the hands of architect Karl Fischer is almost finished, Curbed reported.

The brand new units, with four out of 10 already listed on StreetEasy, range in price from $850,000 for a second floor one-bedroom to $2,395,000 for the penthouse. Interior renderings reveal floor-to-ceiling windows and “sleek concrete floors.”

The project, in a long vacant East Village lot at 427 East 12th Street between First Avenue and Avenue A, was brought back from the dead a couple of years ago and handed over to Fischer.

Fischer has also been active across the river in Brooklyn has of late. Recent projects there include the Landmark Park Slope, a rental building at 267 Sixth Street slated to open in August, and a new five-story apartment building at 23 Bleecker Street in Bushwick. The building, to include 20 units, a rooftop recreational area and bike storage, sits atop the former home of a two-story Italianate house that was demolished in 2007. [Curbed]Julie Strickland
