Rosie O’Donnell asks $11M for Village penthouse

Comedian Rosie O’Donnell has put her Greenwich Village penthouse on the market after an extensive redecoration, and is asking just shy of $11 million, Curbed reported.

Last year, O’Donnell – once a co-host of “The View” who is also known for her longstanding feud with this month’s cover-story subject Donald Trump – paid $8.1 million for the duplex apartment at 130 West 12th Street, which is part of the St. Vincent’s Hospital condominium conversion.

The 3,202-square-foot apartment has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and boasts a 429-square-foot private terrace, colorful carpets and art sprinkled throughout. [Curbed] – Hiten Samtani
