One goes down, another one comes up. Following the demolition of a building at 954 Bergen Street in Prospect Heights, a developer plans to build a new six-story residential development, Brownstoner reported.

The property is set to have 38 apartments, though it was unclear whether they would be condominiums or rentals, and no commercial space.
