Another Time Warner Center PH asks the big bucks

Billionaire socialite Anna Anisimova has relisted her 75th floor penthouse at the Time Warner Center for $50 million, only days after another penthouse in the building hit the market for $75 million, Curbed reported.

Anisimova’s three-bedroom, 3,923-square-foot pad at 25 Columbus Circle is listed with the Corcoran Group’s Lauren Muss. It was previously listed at the same price in April 2012. Though it didn’t sell at the time, a renter had agreed to pay about $60,000 per month for one year, according to Curbed.

The apartment – once featured in Elle Décor magazine and renovated by luxury designer Noel Jeffrey — is also being offered as a rental unit at $70,000 per month.

The 78th floor penthouse at the building, which last sold four years ago for $37.5 million, came back on the market last week asking $75 million. [Curbed] – Hiten Samtani
