A number of new construction projects are slowly but surely shaking up Harlem’s central artery, 125th Street.
The projects bringing sweeping change to Harlem span the width of the uptown neighborhood from Third Avenue to Broadway, as a new map from Curbed reveals.
Among the developments included on the map are Columbia University’s new Manhattanville campus at 609 West 125th Street, the mixed-use Victoria Theater project at 237 West 125th Street, the promised (but yet to break ground) Whole Foods project at 100 West 125th Street and a massive gut renovation of the Corn Exchange Building at 121 East 125th Street.
