540West’s first listings hit the market

The first units at Fortis Property Group and Wonder Works Construction’s 540West condominiums are now on the market.

Available units range from a 521-square-foot studio priced at $705,000 to a 1,159-square-foot two-bedroom penthouse with a $2.15 million price tag, according to BuzzBuzzHome.

The development, made up of two connected seven-story buildings with glass and steel facades, also offers would-be residents white oak hardwood flooring, windows that stretch from floor to ceiling, Silverstone quartz countertops and Bertazzoni appliances.

Building amenities include a split-level lobby that opens into a breezeway and 6,000-square-foot courtyard with a lounging, dining and outdoor movie viewing space, a 24-hour attended lobby, gym, bike storage and two roof decks.
