Elad Group launches sales at 22 Central Park South

Building features $26.5M duplex penthouse

The Elad Group has launched sales at luxury condominium 22 Central Park South, which boasts six full-floor apartments and a duplex penthouse and is located next door to The Iconic Plaza Hotel, the developer announced in a release yesterday.

The six 2,021-square-foot residences have two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms each and start at $6.7 million, according to the release.

They feature walnut herringbone flooring and views of Central Park. The 2,943-square-foot penthouse, which sports three private outdoor terraces, is priced at $26.5 million and comprises the building’s two top floors.
