First look at Hell’s Kitchen condos 540West: PHOTOS

Fortis Property Group and Wonder Works Construction Corp.’s residences at 540 West 49th Street, which hit the market last week, have unveiled a first set of renderings of the property’s condominium homes.

With studios, one and two bedrooms available, as well as four duplex units and 10 penthouses, the homes known as 540West will range in size from 501 square feet to 1,625 square feet and in price from $665,000 to $2.8 million.

The residences are to include features such as stainless steel Bertazzoni gas cooktops and wall ovens, customized kitchen cabinets designed by GeD Cucine, Liebherr refrigerators and freezers, Silverstone Quartzite countertops and backsplashes and stainless steel microwaves.

The penthouse unit will also have Liebherr wine coolers.
