Tribeca owner finally looks to sell development site

A package of lots with a total of 132,780 buildable square feet on Broadway between Leonard and Franklin streets in Tribeca has hit the market, commercial brokerage ABS Partners Real Estate said.

The lots, at 353 and 355-357 Broadway, total 10,956 square feet, with 23,220 square feet of air rights from the neighboring lot at 359 Broadway. Alan Cohen and Adam Maxson of ABS are handling the sale.

Over the years, major developers  have expressed interest in purchasing the lots, but the unnamed owner was never quite ready to give them up, the firm said. “With market conditions as they are, ownership has decided that now is the time to sell,” Cohen said in a statement.
