Cameron Diaz picks up three-bedroom Walker Tower pad

Film star Cameron Diaz is the latest high-profile actress to snag a new condominium at Walker Tower.

Diaz’ 3,022-square-foot pad at 212 West 18th Street is one of three that size in the building, and these three-bedroom units range in price from $9.25 million to $9.65 million. The unit also boasts 3.5 baths and a Crestron home automation system with an iPad dock, according to a report from TMZ.

Amenities in the 47-unit building, marketed exclusively by Douglas Elliman’s Vickey Barron, include a library lounge, refrigerated storage, a yoga room and sauna.

Harrison Ford, Katie Holmes and Nicole Kidman have also reportedly purchased units at Walker Tower, and makeup artist and eponymous cosmetics line owner Laura Mercier bought a 16th-floor unit earlier this week. [TMZ] — Julie Strickland
