Acuity Capital Partners unloads Garment District loft for $42.5M
Property hit the market in 2012 with $27M ask
Real estate investment and management company Acuity Capital Partners has sold a 73,000-square-foot commercial loft building at 335 West 35th Street for $42.5 million.
An outfit by the name of Manhattan 335 Tower Inc. purchased the 12-story Garment District building, located between Eighth and Ninth avenues, which is currently vacant, according to a release from Acuity. Christen Portelli of Highcap Group represented both the seller and buyer in the deal.
The property hit the market in early 2012 with an asking price of $27 million, as The Real Deal previously reported. The building was constructed in 1927. — Julie Strickland
