Ranging from a one-bedroom asking $2.2 million, to a three-bedroom with a private terrace at $6.45 million, the units break down to a cost of between $2,000 and $2,500 per square foot. The building will ultimately have a total of 32 units on offer, designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and with interiors by Mark Zeff.

The next batch of units are expected to roll out this spring, complete with 40-foot tall plants, trees and greenery shaped by landscape architect Rees Roberts. [Curbed]Julie Strickland
