Mixed-use project nears completion in Greenpoint

 Domain Companies’ 210-unit rental project in Greenpoint is nearing completion.

Six of the project’s seven planned stories have risen thus far, according to Curbed. The mixed-use development will feature studios to two-bedrooms, half of which will be priced affordably.

The project, designed by Navid Maqami of Perkins Eastman, features amenities such as recreation space, offices and retail on the ground floor, an exercise room, and laundry rooms on every floor. [Curbed] – Christopher Cameron
