The Seymour at 261 West 25th Street

The Seymour is a 14-story condominium in Chelsea whose industry-inspired design and artist-studio style windows remain true to the neighborhood’s rich cultural heritage. The newly constructed luxury building was developed by Naftali Group, with interiors designed by Rottet Studio. It is one of two of the partnership’s recent projects designed to offer residents a quality of living and amenities similar to that of a boutique hotel. The 14-story building will house 46 units, ranging from one- to three-bedrooms. The Seymour hit the market in July 2014. As of press time, nine units were in contract and eight units were still on offer. Prices for available units ranged from $1.32 million for a 720-square-foot one-bedroom to $4.865 million for the 2,029-square-foot penthouse. The condominium will offer all the amenities of its sister building at 234 East 23rd Street including a gym, library, garden and rooftop deck with an outdoor kitchen, as well as a media room.
