Renee Zellweger, the actress known for her roles in “Jerry Maguire,” “Bridget Jones’ Diary” and others, is listing her 38-acre Cotton Tavern for $1.6 million. The home is on the market for the second time in three years.

In 2011, the actress tried selling the property for $1.5 million.
