Beyoncé scopes out Chelsea apartment solo

Beyoncé is eyeing a five-bedroom penthouse condominium unit in Chelsea asking $21.5 million.

The singer, who is reportedly on the rocks with husband Jay Z, looked at the apartment at 520 West 19th Street alone. The apartment was priciest single-family residential listing to hit the Manhattan market during a particular week in June.

Town Residential’s Adam Taylor and Wilbur Gonzalez, who have the listing, declined to comment to the New York Daily News.
