A bit of bling is coming to Jamestown Properties’ Industry City complex in Sunset Park.

The three-year-old jewelry e-commerce startup BaubleBar is heading to a 52,600-square-foot warehouse in the Sunset Park complex nest month. The company will relocate from its current 14,500-square-foot office headquarters at 230 Fifth Avenue in the Flatiron district into a larger space that will serve as a distribution center.

“We’ve seen tremendous growth, and to support that growth we needed more space,” Rotimi Akinyemiju, BaubleBar COO, told Crain’s.

The startup will join David Stark Design and Production, which signed on for 38,000 square feet in the Brooklyn complex earlier this week, as well as fashion tenants Steven Alan and the Boston-based Ball and Buck, which inked leases in April. [Crain’s]Julie Strickland
