Top 5 home sales in Brooklyn, Queens in October

Cobble Hill townhouse and View at East Coast condo the priciest purchases recorded

A four-story Cobble Hill townhouse that sold for $7 million was the largest residential home sale in Brooklyn recorded in October, according to PropertyShark.

The 3,846-square-foot property at 305 De Graw Street was last altered in 2009 and features four bedrooms and two floors of walls adorned with plants. The second priciest sale was a three-story, newly built townhouse at 359 Henry Street — also in Cobble Hill — that closed for $4.6 million.

Next was a 2,592-square-foot, two-bedroom condominium unit at the Clock Tower at 1 Main Street in Dumbo. The apartment, 9B, in the 15-story building sold for $4.3 million. The fourth priciest sale in Brooklyn was a three-story, 3,046-square-foot house at 55 Lynch Street in East Williamsburg for $3.2 million.

Finally, a three-story Gravesend home – at 2126 Ocean Parkway – with five bedrooms and 4,406 square feet changed hands for $2.8 million.

In Queens, a two-bedroom condo at the View at East Coast on the Hunter’s Point waterfront was the borough’s priciest residential sale recorded in October, PropertyShark data showed.

The fifth-floor unit at 46-30 Center Boulevard sold for $2.5 million. It features two bathrooms and totals 1,443 square feet.

Next was another condo, this one at the F&T Group’s Flushing project One Fulton Square, now under construction. The penthouse unit, at 39-16 Prince Street, sold for $2.09 million. Then, a two-and-a-half-story suburban home at 60 Greenway North in Forest Hills closed for $2.06 million.

Also in Forest Hills was a two-story suburban home, at 108-38 70th Avenue, that sold for $1.8 million. In the fifth Queens spot for the month, a Holliswood house at 198-36 Epsom Course that is two stories but spans 7,724 square feet went for $1.6 million, records show.
