Halstead Property Development Marketing is handling sales.

“We have a lot of pent-up demand for this project from local Dumbo folks and Tribeca and Chelsea buyers,” Halstead’s Robin Schneiderman said.

Silverstone Property Group, formerly led by Slate co-founder Martin Nussbaum, bought the three-story manufacturing building on the site for $45 million in 2013, as The Real Deal reported. Slate, in partnership with Adam America developed the project.
