Gary Barnett’s notorious “poor door” is getting the TV treatment on an episode of the CBS police drama, “Blue Bloods.”

Extell made headlines last year for adding a separate entrance for poorer, subsidized tenants at 40 Riverside Boulevard. And now television is taking on the controversy, according to the New York Post.

CBS announced the “Poor Door” episode last week, in which detectives played by Donnie Wahlberg and Marisa Ramirez investigate a murder.

“Danny and Baez investigate a murder of a lower-income resident in a luxury building where 20 percent of the units are made affordable for lower-income housing,” CBS announced.

The episode is set to air on February 6. [NYP]Christopher Cameron
