The Four Seasons is reportedly close to deciding whether or not it will move to SL Green and Vornado Realty Trust’s 280 Park Avenue.

The Four Seasons’s lease, currently located at the Aby Rosen-owned Seagram Building at 375 Park Avenue, will expire on July 31, 2016, the New York Post reported. The restaurant has been in talks to move to 280 Park Avenue.

Four Seasons co-owner Julian Niccolini told the Post that “we will make a decision (about 280 Park) by the end of next week. If I had to tell you a direction, absolutely, this is the direction.” The restaurant has only been talks with 280 Park, the owners told the newspaper. “Unless,” Niccolini told the paper, “375 Park is willing to negotiate with us.”

Rosen said he had not made a decision yet about the restaurant space in his building.

Owners SL Green and Vornado, meanwhile, have also been approached by other notable restaurateurs, including Stephen Starr, Ken Friedman, Drew Nieporent, April Bloomgield and Jose Garces, the newspaper reported.

“When we bought the building, we reserved the (retail) spaces for upscale dining,” Steven Durels, the head of leasing at SL Green, told the Post.
