A look at Dumbo’s skinny townhouses

At the corner of Pearl and Water Streets, Alloy has developed a row of townhouses that are unlike anything else in Brooklyn. Here is a look at the project.

The Dumbo Townhouses, five in total, are now completed, according to Dezeen. Each of the contemporary townhouses has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, private parking, a garden and a roof terrace. All of the townhouses were sold in 2013 for between $4.1 million and $4.7 million, according to the developer’s website.

Each of the skinny homes measures 18 feet wide, with 3,500 square feet of living space.

“The building envelope is clad in a series of tensile Ductal concrete panels, a contemporary concrete technology, which compliments the tone and texture of the neighboring buildings and allows the concrete to be cast to delicate proportions,” Alloy told Dezeen. [Dezeen] – Christopher Cameron
