Centerpoint names Elena Daniel VP and WiredScore taps Colliers’ Christine Torres

Avison Young hired Bruce Hopple as a senior vice president in its Chicago office.

Hopple, a 25-year commercial real estate veteran, was most recently a senior director with Cushman & Wakefield in Chicago. He will join Avison Young’s office tenant representation team, focusing on new business development and transaction advisory services for professional service firms, not-for-profits and local and national corporations.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group appointed Jim Ziltz managing broker of its Wheaton office, 145 Danada Square East. Ziltz formerly spent eight years working in the brokerage’s Wheaton and Michigan Avenue offices.

Centerpoint Properties hired Elena Daniel as vice president to oversee all environmental, social and governance (ESG) and corporate affairs matters. Daniel previously served as vice president, director of media and analytics at Lendlease.

Christine Torres, formerly a vice president at Colliers International, been named head of WiredScore Chicago. The New York-based firm rates the infrastructure, connectivity and technological capacity of buildings.
