Compass hires Helen Jaeger Roth and Hilco Redevelopment Partners named Jeremy Grey director of development

Carma Baker has joined @properties as vice president of education and broker development.

Baker is joining the firm from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, where she was a producer and managed the Northbrook office.

She will work out of the brokerage’s Northbrook and Winnetka offices, serving the North Shore and north suburbs. She will coordinate Real Estate 101 course work and develop in-office programming, workshops and accountability systems.

Meg Nagel left Compass to join Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group’s Michigan Avenue office, 980 North Michigan Avenue. Nagel previously was with Conlon/Christie’s International Real Estate before it was acquired by Compass earlier this year.

The resident of the former John Hancock Center at 875 North Michigan Avenue specializes in listing units in her building, which generated $9 million of her $12 million in closed volume last year, according to a press release.

Helen Jaeger Roth joined Compass from Berkshire Hathaway Koenig Rubloff. She previously had her own firm, Helen Jaeger Roth Real Estate. She will be based out of Compass’ recently-opened Chicago headquarters at 20 W Kinzie Street.

Kiser Group promoted Michael D’Agostino to senior director. In the new position, D’Agostino will focus his brokerage efforts in North Side neighborhoods including Lincoln Park, Lakeview and Ravenswood. D’Agostino has brokered $173 million in transactions and 1,174 units since joining Kiser Group in 2015.

Hilco Redevelopment Partners hired Jeremy Grey as director of development. Grey will lead the North American team that is responsible for the development and redevelopment of assets into warehouse distribution centers, e-commerce facilities, trucking terminals, rail related assets, energy related assets, mixed-use properties, and infrastructure assets throughout the nation. Prior to joining Hilco, Grey worked at CenterPoint Properties where he served as vice president of development.

Josh Dolgin was named president of The Manderly Group, which owns and manages multifamily buildings on the North Side. Dolgin founded the company in 2016 and had been running it while working full time as regional director of Rental Beast Chicago.

Mark Pasquesi has been promoted to managing broker of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group’s Libertyville, Lake Forest and Highland Park locations. The firm also announced Anne Hardy was named associate manager of the Libertyville office.

CBRE appointed Beth Moore as Americas Agile Real Estate practice leader. Moore joined CBRE in 2010 and has served in multiple capacities, most recently as the national occupier business development lead for the Western United States.

MBRE added Ashley Harrison, Kayla Beljan and Nathan Miller to its brokerage team.

Darwin Realty hired Marty Mikaitis as an associate in its Elmhurst office. Prior to joining Darwin, Mikaitis worked in financial markets as a sales trader.
